The cost to participate in the event is $10.00 per person (including accompanying teachers/ parents). All teachers/ parents attending need to be registered. Click here to register on our Humanitix ticketing platform HERE. No cash will be accepted at the event

Light refreshments will be provided for students and their accompanying registered staff member. Water will be provided throughout the day​

Schools will need to provide their own transport to and from the event and ensure they stay for the entire duration of the event.

No, however we request that teachers / parent helpers actively support with the behaviour management of their students throughout the day.

Yes

  • No. Students must not leave the venue until the end of the event please. 
  • Schools are reminded to complete their own health and safety procedures (RAMS).
  • Please ensure any accompanying adult is registered so we know they are coming. ​

An open mind ​and a willingness to learn​

  • This event is required to abide by the Governments Covid 19 Protection Framework.
  • The current traffic light setting does not require vaccine passes for this event. Should the covid 19 settings change and impact this event, participating schools will receive further communications outlining they key next steps.
  • Attendees are encouraged to wear masks at registration and when walking around the venue.
  • If you are unwell, please stay home.
